Born in 1982 at Sosa City, Chiba Prefecture

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Chuo University in 2006 and completed legal training at the Maebashi District Court.
Began working as an attorney at a law office in Maebashi City in 2007.
Elected as a Member of the Gunma Prefectural Assembly in 2011, serving four terms.
Elected as Mayor of Maebashi City in 2024 (first female mayor).
With the motto ""Smiles for Maebashi,"" she is committed to a new, citizen-participatory approach to community development, valuing dialogue and interaction with citizens. Her favorite word is ""gratitude,"" and her hobby is visiting hot springs.
